2025年2月5日(水)から日本橋三越本館 5階 クリエーターズテーブル にてうつわ祥見KAMAKURA TABERU2025めし碗展に出品させていただきます。
鎌倉のうつわギャラリー(うつわ祥見KAMAKURA)による、「TABERU」をテーマに、食べるために道具であるうつわが集うセレクト展。14人の手作りのめし碗をお紹介いたします。
TABERUという言葉には「BE」があります。
「BE」とは、存在と未来。生きることそのものを表す言葉。
「うつわ」は食べるための道具です。食べることは生きることであり、うつわは、人が生きるための道具です。
なかでも、めし碗は誰もが毎日のように手にする基本のうつわです。
その形は手のひらを丸く包む形をしています。
碗の形の原点には、私たちが生きるために必要な控えめで慎み深いあり方が現れています。
大げさな顔をせず、素朴で、けれど何より気高く美しいうつわ。
本テーマのもとで集った14人の作り手のめし碗をご紹介します。

From Wednesday, February 5, 2025, we will be exhibiting at the Utsuwa Shoken KAMAKURA TABERU2025 Meshiwan Exhibition at the Creator's Table on the 5th floor of Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Building.
A select exhibition by Kamakura's Utsuwa Gallery (Utsuwa Shoken KAMAKURA) with the theme of "TABERU", featuring utensils used for eating.
We would like to introduce rice bowls made by 14 people.
The word TABERU has "BE" in it.
“BE” stands for existence and future. A word that expresses living itself.
``Utsuwa'' is a utensil for eating. Eating is living, and utensils are tools for living.
Among them, rice bowls are the basic utensils that everyone uses every day.
Its shape is like the palm of your hand.
The origins of the bowl shape reflect the modest and humble way we need to live.
The utensils are simple, without any exaggeration, but above all, noble and beautiful.
We would like to introduce rice bowls made by 14 creators who gathered together under this theme.
